In response to a lawsuit filed in February by pro-life leader Ryan Bomberger, accusing the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People of intimidation, the NAACP has fired back with a countersuit.

In January, NAACP attorneys threatened to sue Bomberger, pictured right, and LifeNews.com for a scathing satirical piece entitled, “NAACP: National Association for the Abortion of Colored People,” published in conjunction with the NAACP’s 44th Annual Image Awards.

Ryan sued, stating he had been using the term, “National Association for the Abortion of Colored People,” since 2011 and had the legal right to do so under “fair use” trademark law, which allows “parodying, criticizing, and/or commenting upon the defendant and its services.”

Ryan’s lawsuit added that NAACP attorneys certainly knew about “fair use” law and were just trying to frighten him. Therefore, Ryan requested that the court award him “relief as may be just and proper.”

Now, NAACP has responded with a countersuit, denying that it is pro-abortion or has even taken a position on the issue, all evidence to the contrary.

Following is video of NAACP’s former president, Julian Bond, speaking in 2004 at the March for Women’s Lives, co-sponsored by Planned Parenthood and NARAL, followed by Bond speaking later that year at a NARAL dinner, actually praising the high rate of abortion in the black community:

Black women exercise that precious right, at a rate far exceeding their percentage in the population.

Bomberger details the tragic truth that the black population is being decimated by abortion and NAACP’s part in it here.

Alliance Defending Freedom is defending Bomberger and the Radiance Foundation in U.S. District Court.  Court documents and more details can be viewed online.

Obviously, if we can’t criticize opponents, free speech is dead. Am praying that this is a slam dunk in favor of our side and that this lawsuit avails us the opportunity to expose corrupt black leaders for enabling black genocide.
