EDINBURGH, Mar 29, 2001 (LSN.ca) - Parents and Christian groups have learned to their great disgust and horror that a teacher's guide approved for classrooms in Scotland suggests discussions on "all the different sexual activities that two people can do together." The Scotsman reports that topics including anal sex, sado-masochism and group sex - are suggested for discussion between teachers and school pupils as young as 11 in "Taking Sex Seriously."

Pro-family groups are pointing out that the current atrocities were the very reason they had fought against the repeal of Section 28, which forbade the teaching of homosexuality in the classroom.

The guide includes sex education homework which has students purchase condoms from pharmacies and try them on.
