IN NARROW VOTE HOUSE COMMITTEE VOTES TO RELEASE $34 MILLION UNFPA FUNDS The Washington Post reports that the US House Appropriations Committee voted Friday to release $34 million in international family planning funds that the administration has withheld this year.
