* Liberal star-candidate in Quebec Jean LaPierre attacked Conservative Leader Stephen Harper on a CBC French debate for being "anti-choice"
* On CBC TV's "The National" tonight (Thursday) will be a feature report on the influence of Canadian evangelicals in federal politics/current election campaign
* Conservative Leader Stephen Harper refused media suggestions to strip Health Critic Rob Merrifield from his portfolio for raising the abortion issue. "People have different views on abortion," Harper simply said.
