BENTONVILLE, AR, November 15, 2006 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A graphic sex-ed manual promoting lesbianism to teenage girls has been dropped by Wal-Mart only days after LifeSiteNews.com published a story exposing Wal-Mart's sale of the controversial book.

Produced by St. Stephens' Community House in Toronto, the book is titled "The Little Black Book for Girlz: A Book on Healthy Sexuality".  Parents were outraged when they learned of the book which gives detailed instruction for teens to engage in lesbian sex acts.

The manual was further condemned for using obscene and derogatory language. Examples include a section entitled "My First Time F***ing a Girl" and the statement "If you need someone to represent God The Holiness, then for me, it's a fat black dyke."

Numerous calls and emails from LifeSiteNews.com readers went in to Wal-Mart expressing concerns.

Although it was produced in Canada, the book was apparently only available in Wal-Marts in the United States.  Wal-Mart Canada responded to concerns about the book saying, "This book is not available for sale in Canadian Wal-Mart stores and we have no plans to stock it."

A Wal-Mart advertisement for the book was listed on the Wal-Mart website, but the web page which listed the information now says: "Product Not Found!"
(The link, which was operational till yesterday afternoon was:

The Wal-Mart ad said the book, which was sold for $8.50, is "a great mix of real-life examples and life-saving info."

It advertised the manual as "not just a book about sex, but a look at girl culture by teenagers," and  praised the book as "No stuffy school textbook," with "No nosy adults" involved.  "It's all stuff that youth need to know…The Little Black Book for Girlz is an important, take--anywhere empowerment guide. Girls shouldn't leave their teen years without it."

LifeSiteNews.com contacted Wal-Mart spokesman Kory Lundberg for comment on the book's removal, but no comment has yet been received.
