Editor’s Note: The following email was received from Warren Kinsella.  It refers to the story published yesterday entitled “Harper Communion Flap Accused of Being a Clandestine Liberal Party Strategy”https://www.lifesitenews.com/ldn/2009/jul/09072907.html

Dear Sirs/Mesdames:

I am the person referred to in your publication in the article titled “Harper Communion Flap.”

In that article, you state:  “Curiously, the time on Kinsella's blog post was changed earlier today to three hours later, a fact that could indicate an attempt to cover up the fact that he posted the Telegraph-Journal's July 8th story very early in the morning on the same date it was published.”

This statement is grossly defamatory, malicious, and false. Had your reporter bothered to contact me, I would have been happy to assist him and provide answers to his questions.

He did not do so.  With this notice, therefore, I am demanding an immediate deletion of references to me, and the publication of a prominent apology, the wording of which my lawyer, Brian Shiller, will provide. Should you fail to do so, I have instructed him to bring an action against you for damages and costs.

Mr. Shiller may be reached at [email protected].
