Abortionist Hodari Puts Third Abortion Facility Up for Sale, Files for Divorce
By Kathleen Gilbert
LIVONIA, Michigan, November 13, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Local Michigan pro-lifers have reported that late-term abortionist Dr. Alberto Hodari has placed his Livonia abortion facility up for sale, following reports of for-sale signs at his Southgate and Flint clinics.
In addition, Oakland County records show that Hodari filed for divorce from wife Nancy Hodari on November 12. Mrs. Hodari had filed a lawsuit against her husband in 2006, but that case was dismissed.
Some sources speculate that all of Hodari's commercial properties are now on the market: Flint Right to Life president Judy Climer, who frequents Hodari's Flint abortion facility to pray, told LifeSiteNews.com that she had spotted someone arriving at the clinic to peruse at the thirteen classic cars Hodari stores there. Climer also described an unusual scene last Tuesday, when she claims she saw Hodari hurriedly removing file boxes and other office items from the clinic.
LifeSiteNews.com was told by an employee at the Womancare clinic on Friday that Dr. Hodari's Southgate location was closed for the day, but Hodari would be back to work the next day.
Hodari currently faces a lawsuit filed in the Gennesee County District Court in June by a woman who claims the abortionist physically forced her to undergo an abortion after she had changed her mind.
"We pray that Hodari quickly finds a buyer for his clinics that will use the property for life-affirming endeavors," said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. "The quicker he is closed down the better."
