2010 Canadian March for Life Rose Dinner Features Undercover Investigator Lila Rose

OTTAWA, April 26, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The Rose Dinner at this year's National March for Life in Ottawa will feature undercover pro-life journalist, investigator, and organizer of numerous sting operations against Planned Parenthood, Lila Rose.

Lila is a student activist at UCLA who has dedicated herself to building a culture of life and ending abortion. At age fifteen, Lila founded Live Action, a student-led organization and that uses "new media" to educate and mobilize both local and national audiences to demand accountability from the abortion industry, and human rights for the pre-born.

In 2006, Lila began her undergraduate studies at UCLA and founded the pro-life student magazine The Advocate, administered through the new UCLA student chapter of Live Action.

Lila has led numerous undercover stings through Live Action, exposing corruption and illegal activity within Planned Parenthood, including the "Mona Lisa Project,” which gave evidence to authorities in several states of Planned Parenthood's disregard of state laws.

Other projects include “The Racism Project,” which captured Planned Parenthood employees behaving hospitably to and receiving donations from an actor posing as an outspoken racist, and "The Rosa Acuna Project," which reveals Planned Parenthood counselors and abortionists manipulating patients and giving medical misinformation.

In 2008, Lila was awarded the inaugural Life Prize by the Gerard Health Foundation. Lila is a frequent guest on radio and television programs, including The O'Reilly Factor, Hannity's America, The Glenn Beck Show, EWTN, and The Laura Ingraham Show.

Lila has spoken to capacity audiences at national and international pro-life events and this year's National March for Life Ottawa Rose Dinner will prove to be no exception.

The Rose Dinner will take place on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at the Hampton Inn, 200 Coventry Road, Ottawa. Ticket cost is $75.00 CDN per person and doors open at 6:00 pm
