CALIFORNIA TO FORCE BUSINESSES, SCOUTS TO HIRE CROSS-DRESSING HOMOSEXUALS
Radical Bill's "Reverse Discrimination" Brings in $150,000 fines for non-compliance
SACRAMENTO, The Democrat-controlled state Assembly of California has imposed fines of up to $150,000 against business owners that refuse to hire cross-dressing and transsexual employees. The measure passed by 41 votes to 34, and all the "yes" votes were from Democrats, according to a report from WorldNetDaily.
The bill's sponsor was active homosexual Mark Leno, a Democrat from San Francisco, and creates a new definition of the term "gender" in California's Fair Employment and Housing Act, which says that gender means "identity, appearance, or behavior, whether or not that identity, appearance, or behavior is different from that traditionally associated with the victim's sex at birth."
"This bill would give drag queens unprecedented power to persecute the Boy Scouts and religious businesses, even the power to shut down a Bible bookstore," said Randy Thomasson, executive director of Campaign for California Families. "This radical bill engages in reverse discrimination and would do real harm to persons of conscience."
