Abortion Doctor Accused of Sexual Assault by Two Women

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Michigan, March 1, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A Michigan abortionist is facing charges for sexual assault after two female patients testified against him Friday. Dr. Rodolfo Finkelstein faces two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, plus five other criminal sexual conduct charges.

A 21-year-old and a 19-year-old patient described graphic details of their respective assaults at a preliminary exam in the 48th District Court in Bloomfield Township Friday.

Finkelstein still commits abortions at the Women's Advisory Center abortuaries in Bloomfield Township and Levonia, Michigan.
