Law Protecting Right to Life May Be Enshrined In Malta Constitution

MARSASCALA, May 6, 2005 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Malta’s Home Affairs minister, Tonio Borg, proposed enshrining the country’s abortion law, which prohibits abortion, in the constitution.

Borg raised the idea while addressing the “Tarbija fil-Guf” National conference Monday.
