SALT LAKE CITY, Mar 2 (LSN.ca) - Yesterday the Utah House voted 41-33 to pass a bill limiting sex-education to teaching abstinence before marriage. The bill has already passed in the Senate. Governor Mike Leavitt has not yet announced his position on the bill. The only discussion of birth control the bill allows deals with the failures of contraception.
