Re; Germany Jails Eight Christian Fathers for Removing Children from Sex-Ed Class
Copy of letter to German Embassy in Canada
Dear sir,
It seems that the "democratic" German government competes with itself, year by year, to find new abominations with which to persecute its own citizens. Your government is in clear violation of this article of the Helsinki Final Accord (from the US Commission web site):
"VII. Respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, including the freedom of thought, conscience, religion or belief. The participating States will respect human rights and fundamental freedoms, including the freedom of thought, conscience, religion or belief, for all without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion. They will promote and encourage the effective exercise of civil, political, economic, social, cultural and other rights and freedoms all of which derive from the inherent dignity of the human person and are essential for his free and full development. Within this framework the participating States will recognize and respect the freedom of the individual to profess and practice, alone or in community with others, religion or belief acting in accordance with the dictates of his own conscience."
Parents have an absolute right, as primary educators of their own children, to decide the form and content of their children's education. They have the most to lose, and their love for their children gives them the best chance of success. All evidence is that home school (parents) provide(s) the best education, and the best citizens, so your position is not only immoral, but ridiculous.
Parents have all the rights and are responsible to Almighty God, and He will eventually hold you all accountable, I have no doubt. Nothing the state can say or do, and no coerced confession of guilt, can make these evil actions right.

Re: Copenhagen Summit
Repeat a lie several times and it'll seem to be true. According to 'Nature' magazine, 125,000 years ago the sea level was 5 meters up and the temperature was 6 Celsius degrees higher. This happened when there was no significant CO2 emissions from humans.
Nowadays, we're being violently warned against this alleged global warming, that is to happen in a couple of centuries based on studies from 60 years back, while not even metereological predictions for the next day can be accurate. What's their point?
The United Nations Population Found wants to spread the so-called 'reproductive rights' (contraception, sterilization and abortion) in order to reduce the world's population for the sake of fighting global warming, for them the world is on the brink of climatic disaster.
Says Peter C. Smith, from the International Right to Life Federation: "The real and imminent danger is the demographic reduction of the developed world, that's being stopped only by the immigrant flow from the Third World".
The UN's report praises the drop on birth rate in Japan and Europe, and criticises it's raise in the United States. Obama's chief scientific advisor is John Holdren, a supporter for coercive measurements, who back in the 70's suggested to force abortions and sterilizations to reduce natality.

Canadian MP and Fox TV's Laura Ingraham Rebuke Journalist for Supporting Planetary One-Child Policy
Dear Editor:
As I'm sure all your readers are, as I am reading the "news of the day," I am ever more flabbergasted at the absolute blindness and arrogance of those who think the world's problems will be solved by de-population, no matter what the methods or ideology behind it—abortion, contraception, eugenics, euthanasia, etc. for reasons of "convenience," "environmentalism," feminism, and on and on the list goes.
These voices are growing more and more brazen, loud, unashamed, and frantic and are driven both by fear and by a worshipping of their own selves. It is out of a complete loss of hope, due to humanity's loss of the sight of God. It is sad, and at the same time maddening—and scary as well.
I keep thinking of Christ's words, "For the time will come when you will say, 'Blessed are the barren women, the wombs that never bore and the breasts that never nursed!' " We are certainly immersed in these times. I also am reminded of Herod, who out of a rejection of the Christ child and a desire to retain his rule, ordered the slaughter of the innocents. We can see so clearly that seeking and worshipping anything less than the true God leads to utter desolation and destruction.

The 15 Catholic Senators Who Nixed Nelson
Editor,
It is extremely puzzling that the USCCB urges Catholics to email their Senators to oppose an abortion provision in the Health Care bill when they themselves lack the spines to sanction 15 Catholic Senators who support government funded abortion.
We can be fairly certain that, for at least several of these senators, the threat of excommunication would cause a complete reversal of their positions. Some might leave the Church and risk political defeat but most would never risk losing the Catholic vote.
It is just another example of the soldiers being willing to fight but lacking Generals willing to lead. When the history of the fight against abortion in the United States is finally written, those writing such a history will surely wonder how such opportunities to win the battle were not used.

Can someone explain why the Catholic church is unable to discipline (read them their rights…) to dissident catholic politicians… on abortion, contraception programs, and gay marriage? These politicians are destoying the faith by creating scandal and permitting the silent holocaust of the unborn an apocalyptical scale…

Vatican Cardinal says Active Homosexuals Can't Go to Heaven
Dear Editor:
Just had to write to you to say that I agree with the Cardinal's view. It's not just about homosexuals, it's about everyone. Sin is Sin, and it doesn't matter what format it comes in. Christianity is all about the Forgiveness of sin, but the prerequisite is REPENTANCE on all counts, whether it's for actively living a homosexual lifestyle or practicing witchcraft, or living a promiscuous heterosexual lifestyle, or doing drugs, or killing, the list goes on and on….
I don't hate homosexuals, but I do hate their active lifestyle - just thinking of what they do in bed sickens me…. I'm a married woman with an 11 year old child. I have experienced sin regularly throughout my life (in different formats) and I know for sure that if I don't repent and ask God for forgiveness of ALL of my sins, I will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven Jesus talked about. So, it is the same with homosexuals who actively and deliberately commit sinful acts of ungodly sex!!
I Hope that the homosexuals out there understand this concept. To deliberately practice homosexuality, with the above knowledge, is true rebellion against God the Creator. Thank you for bringing the Cardinal's viewpoint to the media.

Two Catholic Governors Lash Out at DC Catholic Church for Same-Sex "Marriage" Ultimatum
Here's a news tip for you. In countries, U.S. states, etc., where equal marriage is the law, it is not "marriage," but simply marriage (no quotations). Your attempt to belittle the legal and spiritual bond of free human beings is sad, and certainly not "Christian."
Please refrain from using the quotation marks. Sorry that the word obviously upsets you, but there is so nothing you can do about it but accept it. It will one day be legal everywhere in the free world, and you will have to just have to get used to it, sorry.
"Thanks"
R Hampson
United States
Editor's Note: Calling an apple an orange, just because both are round, does not make it an orange. So too does calling a relationship of two same-sex people a marriage not make it a real marriage (a life-long commitment of a man and a woman with the possibility of procreating and raising children). It does not matter what relationships the law calls marriage. It is just a silly pretend game. Law cannot change nature. Therefore we use quotes.
Also, it is interesting how many times we get letters from people accusing us of not being "Christian," when these people clearly have little understanding of Christianity. They also almost always use "Christian" to mean, "don't judge anyone or anything and accept everything people sincerely do and feel good about." That is not Christianity. Christianity is not a wimpy, politically correct faith. Very much the opposite. It has a lot of hard truths. It is very hard to live. It is demanding.
The truly Christian response to this issue is to tell the truth about it for the spiritual, phsychological and physical welfare of those involved in active homosexuality. That is Christian charity. It is not about feelings, but about truth and the true welfare of those involved. Anything less is uncharitable, unChristian.
Same-sex relationships have always been clearly condemned by Christianity, as have all other sexual relationships outside the bonds of authentic marriage. As for "Christian" denominations who do support same-sex "marriage", etc., they are clearly no longer authentically Christian. They are merely exploiting the name to give themselves undeserved credibility.

ND88 Judge Stays Charges, Grants Motion to Appeal over Possible Bias
The real tragedy is that Fr Jenkins still chooses to remain in denial. It suits him to continue to believe that he too, has done nothing wrong. Hence he cannot effectively do anything to help the pro-lifers who protested his obstinate stance because that would mean in his eyes they might have been right to protest his decision. He surely needs our prayers especially in this year of the priests!

RE: Christmas is much more than just a tradition
Christmas is much more than just a tradition as it transports us to a very important truth: we are very important to God.
Perhaps some may think that his or her life is a failure, having nothing to decently show for it to the world but however, “He who sees all”, God our Father is constantly calling us as his children (which is what we are). He loves us in spite of our desertions which become all the more apparent at the approach of these feast days.

"Life is Short. Have an Affair.": Toronto Transit System Rejects Adultery-Promoting Ad
Copy of email sent to TTC at chair@ttc.ca
I was shocked to read that the Toronto transit commission is going to place ads on public transit vehicles stating that 'there probably is no God'. Stating that" there is probably no God" is not simply engaging or thought provoking, it is offensive.
Why don't you put an ad on busses saying 'there probably is no Allah' and see what happens. I believe not only would no one step foot on a bus ever again in the GTA but people would dive for cover every time one came around the corner. The only reason you will get away with attacking God is that Christians won't kill you for doing so! If only Jesus had taken time to contemplate the view from the Cross, he might have shed more tears than blood!
