Pro-life National Party Senate leader Ron Boswell, who formally requested the analysis, called the figures “alarming.” Boswell said that, as a result, he would “consider what action might be possible that would have majority support,” after consultation with party members.The report also revealed that there were also 419 late-term abortions performed in 2002-2003.
