Opening in movie theatres across Ontario today is ‘Irresistable’ a French film containing a graphic nine-minute rape scene. A CBC story on the approval of the film by the Ontario Film Review Board noted that the film caused 250 people to walk out when it was screened at the Cannes Film Festival. Twenty people were given oxygen after fainting from viewing the film.
