Current Law is Hampering law Enforcement Agencies BY LifeSiteNews.com OTTAWA, August 26, 2002 (LSN.ca) - UNICEF, Child Find and Beyond Borders, three child advocacy organizations not known for conservative stands have supported a measure long-pushed by social conservatives to protect children.
