BY LifeSiteNews.com By John-Henry WestenLOS ANGELES, CA, July 30, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - California Attorney General Jerry Brown has shown his true colors in a move to derail efforts aimed at protecting the man-woman definition of marriage in his state.  Brown has been threatened with a lawsuit by marriage defenders for altering the wording of the marriage ballot initiative to grossly bias it in favor of homosexual "marriage."  Promoters of Proposition 8 collected signatures of more than 1.1 million Californians to have the Constitutional Amendment Proposition put on the November ballot.  The original wording of Proposition 8 read that the measure would amend the state constitution to ensure that "only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California."
