BY LifeSiteNews.com TORONTO, December 3, 2001 (LSN.ca) - Toronto printer Scott Brockie - a Christian who has been waging an ongoing court battle against an Ontario Human Rights Commission ruling that found him guilty of “discrimination” for refusing to print materials for a gay and lesbian organization is getting his case heard in court this week. The case goes ahead December 5, 6, 7 in Toronto at Osgoode Hall running 10am to 5pm each day. The Canadian Religious Freedom Alliance (CRFA), comprised of the Catholic Civil Rights League, Christian Legal Fellowship and the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada is intervening in the case on Mr. Brockie’s behalf. In February 2000, the Ontario Human Rights Commission found Brockie guilty of discrimination and fined him $5,000 for refusing a printing job from a homosexual activist organization. Prayers for a just outcome in the case were requested by Christian groups.
