The BBC reports that the Brotherly Love, Freedom and Diversity Party (PNVD) has received the nod from Judge HFM Hofhuis who said the group has the same right to exist as any other political party.   In late May, observers around the world were stunned by the announcement that a group of self-professed pedophiles in the Netherlands was seeking to form a political party. The announcement spurred outrage with a poll showing that 82 per cent wanted the government to do something to stop the new party, while 67 per cent said promoting pedophilia should be illegal.   The party, which has only three known members, seeks to lower the age of sexual consent from 16 to 12. They want to legalize child pornography and sex with animals.
