The report, to be published next month, will sanction the cloning of human embryos and the killing of the embryos by mutating them into growths for spare body parts or tissues. The Daily Telegraph reports that government sources say that ministers are almost certain to end the ban on the “therapeutic cloning.” Moreover, the government will launch a propaganda campaign to deaden public outrage at the proposal.
