BY LifeSiteNews.com BRUSSELS, April 17, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Valéry Giscard d’Estaing, the former French President who chairs the convention on Europe’s future, has aligned himself with the EU’s largest member states who want a powerful new EU presidency to wield influence on the world stage.
