After submitting ``evidence’’ of the much contested global warming theory, Gore warned that overpopulation was one of the main contributing factors to the environmental threat. The Washington Times reported Gore as saying, ``Third World nations are producing too many children too fast… it is time to ignore the controversy over family planning and cut out-of-control population growth…’‘.
