BY LifeSiteNews.com TORONTO, Oct 20 (LSN) - The Ontario Human Rights Commissioner appointed by the Conservative government has sided with the opposition Liberals in their radical bid to bring “in full legislation that will afford all rights (including adoption), benefits and protections under the law to gay and lesbian couples.” Commissioner Keith Norton spoke favorably about the Liberal plan in the Toronto Sun today saying, “It would make our job at the commission easier. There would not be as many complaints ...”  Norton, himself a homosexual, was appointed by the Ontario Tories on June 26, 1996 to head up the province’s Human Rights Commission.
