BY LifeSiteNews.com OTTAWA, October 4, 2002 (LSN.ca) - Liberal House leader Don Boudria, outlined the fall legislative agenda in a speech Thursday mentioning issues of concern to social conservatives. Boudria said the government will reinstate and advance The Human Reproduction Bill.
