Directed by Oscar winner Barbara Kopple, the film is expected to portray Kevorkian in a favorable light. The movie will depict Kevorkian’s work as written by him and his two close associates, Neal Nicol and Harry Wylie. Kevorkian has been working on the autobiography, aptly named The Life of Dr. Death.  Kevorkian, 76, is serving a term of 10 to 25 years for a second-degree murder conviction for killing Thomas Youk, who had Lou Gehrig’s disease.
