No exceptions on grounds of conscience or religion BY LifeSiteNews.com CARSON CITY, April 8, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The Nevada state Assembly has passed an amendment to prohibit pharmacists from refusing to fill prescriptions for certain drugs on religious grounds, reports the Las Vegas Review Journal. It means that Catholics, Mormons and other pharmacists with religious objections are not allowed to refuse to fill prescriptions for any drug, including contraceptives and the so-called “morning after” pill.  The vote was a victory for Planned Parenthood, which lobbied for the move to crush freedom of conscience.
