BY LifeSiteNews.com MALACAÑANG, Philippines, March 25, 2004 (LifeSiteNews.com) - In an announcement during a mass celebrating the Catholic solemnity of the Annunciation today, Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo declared March 25 as Day of the Unborn in the country.  The Buenos Aires archdiocese is also observing the Day of the Unborn on today’s solemnity.
