But the legislation faces one more hurdle in the Senate, where pro-abortionists are vowing to put up a fight.  House Democrats tried to insert an amendment into the regulations in an effort to ban pro-lifers from using bankruptcy to avoid life-destroying fines imposed by liberal judges exacting vengeance.
