BY LifeSiteNews.com WASHINGTON, October 3, 2002 (LSN.ca) - Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has allowed Louisiana to go ahead with its plan to issue “Choose Life” licence plates.  On Tuesday Scalia denied an emergency request to have the 1999 law allowing the plate overturned. (Henderson et al vs. Secs.
