BY LifeSiteNews.com GENEVA, December 9, 2003 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Preparatory talks for the United Nations’ World Summit on the Information Society, which opens tomorrow, have agreed that the Internet will not be placed under United Nations control thanks to the insistence of the United States.
