BY LifeSiteNews.com UNITED NATIONS (LSN) - Pro-life, New Jersey Republican, Chris Smith is hoping to arrest the UN’s undaunted push for global abortion on demand by withholding US funds to support the global agency. UN lackies assert that the US ‘owes’ $1.6 billion to the United Nations for past and current dues. But why should America fund an institution which refuses to forego its anti-life fanaticism? Congressman Smith would like to see the UN funded if and when it begins to focus on offering real humanitarian aid to the poor and needy. While the UN keeps as its main agenda population control, it is a crime against humanity to fund it. He noted that the entire United Nations had to change its policies. The UN ,however, sees matters differently.
