(PSI), a non-profit company founded in 1971 by Philip D. Harvey, one of America’s largest pornography merchants and founder of a $70 million-a-year mail-order porn business in North Carolina known as “Adam & Eve.”  Andrew S. Natsios, USAID’s administrator, has “ordered an immediate review of the PSI contract.” Mr. Natsios was not aware of Harvey’s “business activities outside of PSI,” according to a USAID spokeswoman.
