"Law on human cloning shouldn't pass as it stands The government has produced an incoherent piece of legislation, " the piece was headlined.The statement from the ultra-leftist Sun indicates that the bill may not see passage after-all. The paper notes accurately that the legislation has offended interested parties on both sides of the debate. The paper objects to the legislation's claim to ban human cloning for research and recommends a moratorium on the practice rather than a ban.
