Members from the Vatican include:  Cardinal Darío Castrillón Hoyos, Prefect of the Congregation for the Clergy;  Archbishop Julián Herranz, President of the Pontifical Council for the Legislative Witnesses;  Archbishop Tarcisio Bertone, Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith;  Archbishop Francisco Monterisi, Secretary of the Congregation for the Bishops. Member from the USCCB include:  Cardinal Francis Eugene George, O.M.I., Archbishop of Chicago;  William Joseph Levada, Archbishop of Saint Francisco;  Thomas George Doran, Bishop of Rockford;  William Edward Lori, Bishop of Bridgeport.
