If you need any more evidence of how pitiful the modern feminist movement has become, and how far it’s fallen from its original aims, consider this quote from a member of the movement in Quebec:

What we’re saying is family planning and access to abortions are fundamental—the No.1 priority when it comes to equality between men and women.

Anne-Marie Messier, director of the Centre de santé des femmes, made that comment to the Montreal Gazette on March 25 on behalf of a coalition of pro-abortion groups.

The abortion lobby in Canada’s most anti-life province is outraged over a bill proposed by the Liberal government that, the feminists say, would reduce the number of abortions. So much for safe, legal, and rare. (For more information, see our article today on the bill.)

Of course, its farcical to think the Quebec government would even want to limit abortions, let alone try it. This is, after all, the province that voted unanimously on a motion defending “the right … to free and accessible abortion services” back in 2010.

For feminists abortion is a sacrament that demands utter devotion. To it everything else is subject.
