May 31, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Repealing Kathleen Wynne’s radical sex ed curriculum has been a key issue in the Ontario provincial election thus far, and a parents group in Toronto aims to ensure it remains at the top of the ballot on June 7 when Ontarians head to the polls.

The Thorncliffe Parents Association (TPA), a predominantly Muslim community group, have been at the forefront of the fight against Kathleen Wynne's age-inappropriate sex curriculum.

The group has planned a unique public rally against radical sex ed, starting at 2:30pm this Sunday, June 3. It will be a driving “car rally” in which participating vehicles will be fitted at the starting location of the demonstration route (Thorncliffe Public School, Toronto) with window flags and/or decals.

Thorncliffe Public School was ground zero in the massive parental protests that took place from 2014 – 2016. The school saw parents pull hundreds of students out of class in protest, for up to 30 days, and even resulted in permanent teacher job losses as a result of enrolment declines.

The flags will feature a slogan against radical sex ed that will be highly visible to thousands upon thousands of people along the route.

Khalid Mahmood, one of TPA’s rally organizers told LifeSiteNews: “This will be a great opportunity to reinvigorate public focus on parental rights in education, and the demand of parents to repeal the child-abusive, Liberal sex curriculum.”

“This is an easy way to make a big public statement against the sexualization of children by Wynne's dangerous sex program for elementary school kids,” said Mahmood.

Campaign Life Coalition, a national pro-life-and-family organization which has also been at the leading edge of the fight to repeal the controversial sex program, supports the car rally and urges its supporters to participate.

“Just cruise in your car on a beautiful summer day and let your vehicle remind voters that repealing sex ed is a top issue in this election.  What could be easier than that?”

The car rally begins in Kathleen Wynne's home riding of Don Valley West, where TPA is also based. Mahmood said his group has been working busily to defeat Wynne in her own riding and replace her with the PC candidate, Jon Kieran, who has pledged that he will work to repeal the Liberal sex program.

TPA’s efforts may be paying off as public opinion polls show that Wynne could be defeated in Don Valley West.

TPA encourages Facebook users to RSVP on the official event page, and to share it on social media.

By mobilizing a large convoy of vehicles for the car rally, TPA says it will raise awareness of Kathleen Wynne's dangerous sex agenda, just days before the provincial election, and send a powerful message to whoever becomes Premier that Wynne’s sex ed agenda has been totally repudiated.
