WASHINGTON, Aug 17 (LSN) – Pearl Jam, a popular rock group, announced last week that it would perform a concert in support of pro-abortion activists in Washington, D.C. on September 19. The group which begins a North American tour today will be raising funds for “Voters for Choice,” a pro-abortion political action group.

CATHARINES, ON, Aug 17 (LSN) – Last week, Toronto director Jerry Ciccoritti revealed plans to make a film detailing the story of the sex killer Paul Bernardo to the horror of the families of Bernardo’s victims. Ciccoritti is known for producing pornographic films which push the bounds of legality. A recent offering entitled “Paris, France” was a film about sadomasochistic sex in Toronto. Debbie Mahaffy and Donna French whose 14 and 15 year old daughters were tortured and killed by Bernado decried the filmmaker’s attempt to profit at their expense.

PHOENIX, Arizona, Aug 17 (LSN) – Abortionist John Biskind turned in his medical licence Thursday in an agreement with the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners despite originally having denied the charges brought against him. The agreement to hand over his medical licence does not stop the criminal investigation into his actions. STUDENTS FIGHT SUCCESSFULLY AGAINST FORCED SUPPORT OF ABORTION

MADISON, Wisconsin, Aug 17 (LSN) – The Conservative News Service reported Saturday that five students from the University of Wisconsin triumphed in a lawsuit filed against the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System in which they fought against forced support of groups which support morally objectionable practices. JUDGE ALLOWS PRO-LIFE DEMONSTRATIONS TO CONTINUE

EVERETT, Washington, Aug 14 (LSN) – The Ewards School District attempted Tuesday to have a judge order police to arrest peaceful pro-life demonstrators claiming concern for the “safety” of students.
