LESBIANS AT HIGHER RISK FOR BREAST CANCER

CAMDEN, NJ, Sept 29 (LSN) – An ex-husband seeking to adopt the frozen embryos created with his former wife has lost his first court battle with Superior Court Family Judge Lee B. WOMAN SUES HOSPITAL FOR FALSE INFO LEADING TO ABORTION

NEW YORK, Sept 29 (LSN) – The Boston Herald reported today that Janet Sheikhan is suing Lenox Hill Hospital and a genetic testing company called Genetrix (now owned by Genzyme) for providing her with false information which led her to abort her child. On the advice of her doctor Sheikhan submitted to an amniocentesis exam at the Lennox Hill Hospital. The hospital received an analysis of the test results from Genetrix. BRAZILIAN APPEALS COURT CONDEMNS BABY TO DEATH

SAO PAULO, Brazil, Sept 29 (LSN) – On Monday an appeals court in Brazil rejected the plea of the Catholic Church and pro-lifers to save the baby of a 10 year-old girl whose parents have insisted on an abortion for their daughter. The girl was reportedly raped by two men who are now in custody. The Church intervened in the case and offered to provide for the child should the girl choose to carry her baby to term.
