TORONTO, Sept 11 (LSN) – Campaign Life Coalition (CLC) today reported that “Crown Attorney Paul Culver instructed Toronto police, who arrested pro-life protesters September 9, to not charge them with ‘disobeying a court order’”. CARDINAL CHALLENGES U.S. CONGRESS TO END ASSISTED SUICIDE

PHILADELPHIA, Sept 10 (LSN) – Yesterday Roman Catholic Cardinal Anthony Bevilacqua, head of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, urged the U.S. Congress to support the federal Lethal Drug Abuse Prevention Act which would enable the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration to revoke the licenses of doctors who intentionally prescribed drugs to assist a patient in committing suicide.
