NEW YORK, Mar 31 (Lifesitenews.com) – Reports of research noting genetic abnormalities in embryos created via IVF, the use of dead men’s sperm in IVF, and erroneous implantation of embryos have all hit the news in the past week. RED DEER, AB, Mar 31 (Lifesitenews.com) – Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Suzanne Bensler ruled yesterday against a pedophiliac’s attempt to challenge child pornography laws using the Charter of Rights. “To say that the rights of a person’s personal expression of child pornography outweighs the right of protection and privacy of the child is contrary to fundamental justice,” Bensler wrote in her ruling against Kevin Lorne Valley who was charged with possession of child pornography, two counts of attempted sexual assault and committing an indecent act. OTTAWA, Mar 30 (Lifesitenews.com) – In a bizarre case reported on the weekend, Andrea Budarick, 27, is suing the Pembroke General Hospital and an obstetrician because she became pregnant despite a tubal ligation. Ostensibly referring to the birth of her son Matthew Budarick said, “This is something that shouldn’t have happened. HALIFAX, NS, Mar 30 (Lifesitenews.com) – Dr. Nancy Morrison, the respirologist who escaped murder charges when a judge ruled that there was insufficient evidence to show that her alleged euthanasia attempt actually caused Mill’s death, was issued a reprimand by the Nova Scotia College of Physicians and Surgeons.
