CHICAGO, May 28 (Lifesitenews.com) – The Wisconsin Court of Appeals ruled an error was made by the Milwaukee Circuit Court, and so reversed a decision made by the court which allowed the Racketeering trial of Joseph Scheidler vs. the National Organization of Women to proceed.  “We are optimistic that the Wisconsin Court of Appeals’ decision exposing Summit’s two-timing dead-end detour into state court will nullify the unjust racketeering verdict in NOW v. Scheidler,” said Pro-Life Action League Director Joseph Scheidler. For more see the press release from the Action League.
