Researchers at Washington, British Columbia and Arkansas medical institutions have uncovered increasing evidence of long-term effects of pain and stress on infants. Last Thursday US Appeals Court Judge Barbara Crabb upheld a Wisconsin law requiring a 24-hour waiting period before abortions.
