In a precedent setting ruling, the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled that damages for the wrongful death of a preborn baby can be sought even when that baby is too young to live outside the womb (nonviable). SUPREME COURT OF CANADA TO HEAR CASE AGAINST CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY
