In a precedent setting ruling, the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled that damages for the wrongful death of a preborn baby can be sought even when that baby is too young to live outside the womb (nonviable). Britain’s Conservative MP Ann Winterton put forward a Medical Treatment (Prevention of Euthanasia) Bill on Thursday saying that her bill “will make it abundantly clear to doctors that they cannot intentionally bring about the death of their patients either by action or by omission.”  The measure comes just after UK media reported widely that doctors are starving elderly patients to death in hospital.     A […]

LANGLEY, BC, Dec 10 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Supreme Court of Canada announced yesterday that it would hear the case of the British Columbia College of Teachers (BCCT) vs Trinity Western University (TWU), a Christian university whose teacher certification program was refused approval by BCCT because of the university’s Christian beliefs.  Two lower court decisions have ordered the BCCT to accredit the university’s program, but the Supreme Court has suspended those decisions with its granting of a hearing.  The B.C.
