LONDON, July 28 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A government report released Wednesday, suggests that people who have had a sex change may be allowed to marry and inherit titles and property. The plans also include allowing public homosexual sex acts, in response to lobbying by homosexual activists for sex to be permitted in public washrooms and homosexual nightclubs. The Daily Telegraph quotes the Home Office report saying that “full legal recognition” for transsexuals, which would permit them to marry and legally adopt children, was a serious option for consideration.

Notably, the BC government’s application to the provincial Supreme Court was done in conjunction with EGALE. The group hosted an “Equal Marriage Forum” on July 8 and 9 where litigants, lawyers and experts decided to make the homosexual marriage campaign a nation-wide affair with EGALE at the centre. EGALE is asking for homosexual couples to become plaintiffs demanding marriage. The group is seeking three to six poster couples whose marriage challenges […]
A Federal Court ruling in Australia today, overturning a ban on in vitro fertilization for single women was described by the Catholic Church as a “massive social experiment” that would create a generation of “stolen children.” Melbourne’s Archbishop Dr George Pell said the judgment handed down this morning by Justice Ross Sundberg paved the way for children to be treated like commodities. The United Nations unveiled plans Wednesday for a $1.43 billion makeover of its New York headquarters.

U.S. District Judge Richard Arcara has ruled that temporary 15 ft. no-protest zones around abortuaries in Buffalo are more permanent than temporary. The zones were established as a temporary measure in 1999 as pro-lifers prepared to converge on Buffalo for “Operation Save America.” A federal appeals court on Wednesday agreed that a New Jersey law banning partial-birth abortion is unconstitutional. The finding by a three-judge panel of the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upholds the ruling of a federal judge in Trenton who struck down the law in 1998. Abortion supporters are outraged that St. Joseph Hospital, a Catholic […]
