Catholic News Service reports that Ireland’s Catholic bishops have proposed a constitutional amendment to protect the unborn. OTTAWA, July 17 (LifeSiteNews.com) – On March 31, the provisions of the Ontario Progressive Conservative government’s Bill 6 took effect, strengthening the power of the province’s infamous Children’s Aid Society (CAS) against parents and families.
