LONDON, Nov 27 (LSN.ca) – British scientists have developed a test which screens embryos for their IQ for under $300 (CDN). The test, being marketed by Cytocell, of Banbury, was developed from research at the Institute of Molecular Medicine, Oxford. CHARLOTTE, NC, Nov 21 (LSN.ca) – NFL player Rae Carruth is on trial for murder following the 1999 shooting death of his pregnant girlfriend Cherica Adams. Prosecutors say Carruth, wanted Adams to abort their child but she refused and therefore he hired someone to shoot her. Adam’s, 24, was eight months pregnant when shot. The baby was delivered via caesarian section and survived but Adams died a month later. Medical personnel testified that Adams revealed Carruth was behind the shooting.
