DAYTON, Ohio, May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr.’s office fired one employee and others are reporting that he is harassing them to take experimental coronavirus vaccines for which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has granted voluntary Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) only.

Heck sent an email to staff on April 13 saying they would have to be vaccinated to return to work at his office.

“I can’t be bringing people back where some have it, some haven’t, and then they’re sitting next to each other. That’s just not doable and not fair or safe,” Heck told a local news station in Ohio. He added that employees with medical concerns or religious objections would not be required to be vaccinated.

However, since then, Heck has sent employees who declined the experimental vaccine on religious grounds a questionnaire asking them how often they go to church and the last time they worshipped.

Nursing mother stressed

A nursing mother, who works in Heck’s office and declined taking a shot because its effects on breastfeeding babies are unknown, posted on social media that she has been asked when she will stop breastfeeding her baby so she can take an injection.

Besides the stress of being a new mother and returning, she said, “Now your employer tells you that you have 13 business days to get a vaccine that is under emergency authorization or lose your job.”

She said the stress of the situation impacted her breast milk supply, caused her to start losing her hair, and kept her awake at night fretting about what to do.

“Should I get a vaccine that has no long-term data knowing that whatever is in it is going to go straight to my new baby? Questions turn in your mind: ‘but, wait, I’m not supposed to drink excess caffeine, but a vaccine with no long-term tests is fine?’” she said.

‘Remain in your office with the door closed’

On Friday, Heck issued rules for those few who returned to work with exemptions. “If you need to enter another’s work area … a mask MUST be worn for the entire time you are present EVEN IF ALONE. You must also DISINFECT ITEMS TOUCHED with antibacterial wipes,” the office missive stated.

“Remain in your office/cubicle with door closed (as applicable as much as possible),” it added, stressing that unvaccinated employees would be strictly forbidden to attend staff meetings in person.

On Monday, Stephanie Stock, president of Ohio Advocates for Medical Freedom, said her group learned that the county prosecutor fired one employee who refused to take an injection.

“He is an absolute villain,” Stock said of Heck, but other employees in his office had mistreated people who questioned the protocols.

‘You idiot’

Assistant prosecutor James Staley, who works in Heck’s office, replied to an Ohio resident’s email that pointed out all current COVID-19 vaccinations in circulation have been granted Emergency Use Authorization only and so cannot be mandated by insulting her.

“No it's not you idiot,” Staley emailed in reply.

However, the FDA has indeed stated that current coronavirus vaccines must only be given voluntarily and without coercion and that each is an "investigational vaccine not licensed for any indication." According to their status, the FDA states that each is and “investigational vaccine not licensed for any indication.”

Greg Glaser, general counsel for Physicians for Informed Consent, a group focused on delivering accurate information about infectious disease and vaccination, cited the FDA Fact Sheet for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, which states: “It is your choice to receive or not receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care.”

“In other words, people cannot lose healthcare coverage for refusal,” Glaser said. “So if an employee is fired for declining the vaccine, they lose their standard medical care in violation of the EUA.”

Nuremberg Code

It also is a violation of the Nuremberg Code, which arose as a result of the horrors of involuntary Nazi medical experimentation and which rests on the foundation of “voluntary consent” to all medical experiments, Stock added.

The mainstream media has misreported that COVID vaccines are "licensed" or "approved," which, according to Stock, has resulted in widespread coercion in violation of the EUA throughout the state of Ohio.

The Cleveland Browns erected a sign directing people to a segregated “Vaccinated Fan Restroom” at the NFL Draft last week.
Stock has spoken to one woman whose husband became very ill after his first COVID vaccine dose and is terrified to take the second dose, but he is being pressured to do so to keep his job selling professional equipment.

“What if he’s disabled from the shot?” Stock asked. “Is workers' compensation going to cover this? Who’s liable because the vaccine manufacturers aren’t?”

Other examples include an Ohio veterinary clinic requiring pet owners to show they had been vaccinated against COVID before they could bring their animals to be treated and seniors attending the Rocky River Senior Center being told they must show proof of vaccination papers before they're allowed to attend community activities.

“I can’t believe we are becoming a segregated society,” Stock said. “Most people will take the shot because they are coerced. They have no idea it is experimental, or they don’t have the means to get into a lawsuit.”

House Bill 248

Stock is supporting a campaign for House Bill 248, the Vaccine Choice and Anti-Discrimination Act, that would protect people who choose not to get vaccinated from any consequences or discrimination on the job.

“Oh, my goodness. Someone contacted me a few weeks ago and said, ‘Can you help me? We have been told if we haven’t had it by May 1st we will be terminated,’” the lead sponsor of the bill, Republican Rep. Jennifer Gross of West Chester told LifeSiteNews.

Gross said that as a nurse practitioner and a former combat Air Force Lt. Colonel she had been repeatedly vaccinated and that she is “pro-vaccine.”

“This it isn’t about whether vaccines work, it isn’t whether I believe in science or not. This is a freedom bill. This is about your choice to choose what goes into your body,” Gross said.

Bill 248 would prevent people like Heck from asking “invasive questions” that are “none of an employer’s business,” Gross added. It would “protect people from discrimination but also give them recourse when it happens,” allowing them to file a civil lawsuit and claim legal expenses if they win.

Under the bill, supported by 16 Ohio House Republicans, governments, schools, and private businesses could still impose a vaccine requirements, but they would have to exempt anyone who claims a medical contraindication, “natural immunity,” or “reasons of conscience, including religious conviction.”

People “shall not be required to do anything” more under the bill. No business or government would be allowed to “discriminate against, deny service or access to, segregate, require a facial covering or other vaccination status label for, or otherwise penalize an individual financially or socially” for declining shots.

“They should be able to say no to any vaccine now or in the future,” said Gross, who added that it would block "vaccine passports” in the state of Ohio.

“It’s the best bill in the nation,” Gross said of Bill 248, which is waiting to be heard by the the health committee.

Greg Flannagan, Heck’s public information officer, and assistant prosecutor James Staley did not respond to requests to discuss Heck’s vaccination policies.

Highly respected geneticist issues warning about AstraZeneca shot for young people

'If you are between 20 and 30 years old, the risk is higher to be vaccinated by AstraZeneca than not to be vaccinated,' French scientist Axel Kahn said.

May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) -- “If you are between 20 and 30 years old, the risk is higher to be vaccinated by Astra-Zeneca than not to be vaccinated.”

This remarkable statement was made last Wednesday on national, public-funded TV station France 5 by an academic whose credentials and track record are beyond suspicion from the "Establishment" point of view.

Geneticist and Cancer League president Axel Kahn spoke with quiet authority:

“I have this analysis about AstraZeneca. I happen to have worked in the vaccine business: at one point, I was the chief scientific officer of a large international group that had virtually the entire vaccine industry in its portfolio. So it’s really a field I know well.

From the outset, I knew that we had to be very careful with adenoviral vaccines compared to other vaccines, and what happened was normal.”

Kahn was commenting on the adverse – and, in some cases, mortal – effects of the AstraZeneca COVID-19 shot after at least 23 cases of rare thrombosis, including eight deaths, hit young and older people in France.

When the AstraZeneca jab was first used in public, it was reserved for people under 65 and in particular for young health workers who turned out to have multiple side effects that included severe headaches, fever and other pseudo-flu symptoms.

The situation became more worrisome since the end of March.

AstraZeneca may now only be administered to people age 55 and older in France. Other European countries have adopted widely differing approaches:

In Spain, the jab is only for ages 55-65 except “priority workers” such as doctors or policemen. In Germany and the Netherlands, AstraZeneca is only to individuals 60 and older.

Axel Kahn explained his case further:

“What are adenovirals? There are three vaccines that are live vaccines with the Spike sequence – the spicula – that went into a live virus that is the adenovirus: with Astra Zeneca, it’s a chimpanzee adenovirus, with Johnson & Johnson and Sputnik, it’s human adenoviruses.

“What happened is normal, normal and beneficial, I mean, to the trust in the vaccine. Because there have been some alerts; this is called pharmacovigilance. For any drug there is pharmacovigilance. There have been alerts and these alerts have been of good quality, because today everyone agrees that if you are between 20 and 30 years old, at least this is absolutely certain: the risk is higher to be vaccinated by Astra-Zeneca than not to be vaccinated. That’s it. It’s as clear as that.”

Kahn recommended the AstraZeneca jab for young people at the beginning of February, telling the French press that it offered especially good protection in this age category. But when several European countries decided to suspend the AstraZeneca campaign, he was more doubtful. When the European Medicines Agency decided to promote the vaccine as “safe to use” after the suspension implemented in different parts of Europe, Kahn told the monthly L’Usine nouvelle at the time:

“The least implausible hypothesis is that it is a chimpanzee adenovirus infection. Although the vector used by AstraZeneca is an adenovirus that is normally defective for replication, the trade-off of using an adenovirus-vector against which there is no prior immunity — because humans have never encountered it — is that an infection may appear with more significant signs. Adenoviruses are known to give these signs. I myself have used adenovirus-vector extensively in gene therapy trials … so I knew what the possible side effects were when using too large a dose.”

Over a month later, he reached the conclusion that there is a big enough problem with AstraZeneca in young people that it cannot offset the danger of a COVID infection: Kahn recalled that there is very little risk of death by COVID with people under 30.

Speaking with France 5 last Wednesday, Kahn presented this conclusion as proof that assessment of the AstraZeneca shot for young people worked perfectly and actually did its job, not commenting on the lack of experience and perspective regarding all uses of the present “vaccines” against COVID, mostly experimental devices using genetic engineering in various ways.

He put it like this:

“And so this is a pharmacovigilance that resulted in the observation of a specific hazard, which is quite rare, but since death from COVID in young people is also quite rare, this is to be considered consequentially. This has allowed Astra Zeneca to be reserved for a population where the benefit-risk ratio remains favorable.”

The show’s anchor interjected a question:

“And so we were right to warn even if it created mistrust?”

Kahn retorted:

“Of course we were right to raise the alarm! The worst thing for confidence in the vaccine, the worst thing of all is that people should get the impression that they are being lied to. From this point of view, the European Medicines Agency, in my opinion, was completely out of line.

It was not a drug agency, it was making propaganda for something, that is all. And we really had to put a lot of pressure on them to recognize what was becoming more and more obvious from a scientific point of view, i.e. that in young people, where the risk of dying from COVID is relatively low, given the frequency and mortality of these rare accidents, it was better not to use these vaccines in young people.”

This goes at least some of the way to questioning the vaccinal response to the COVID-19 crisis and underscores the European drug agency’s militant stand on the issue.

Meanwhile, last Friday, results of the autopsy of a college student from Nantes who died days after receiving the AstraZeneca shot were broadcast in France. On Saturday, the lawyer of the victim’s family formally stated that the autopsy report “gave strength to the hypothesis that there was a causal link” between the injection and the decease.

“The expert’s report shows that the cause of death was an abdominal thrombosis at the level of the spleen, with very recent clotting,” underscored Etienne Boittin, the family’s advocate.

The report mentions “no infection, virus, cancer or tumor that could have generated thromboses,” he added: “The autopsy report does not say that the injection of AstraZeneca caused the decrease. But it does eliminate a number of possible causes and reinforces the case for a causal link between the injection of AstraZeneca and the occurrence of death.”

The young man, who was in full health, was vaccinated March 8 and died March 18. He had no illness or weakness that would have made him at all vulnerable to COVID-19.

Boittin hopes that investigations will continue and that an “examining magistrate” will officially open a trial, after at least three families of victims filed complaints “against a person or persons unknown” following the vaccination and death of loved ones.

He made clear that “about 15” unexplained deceases after an AstraZeneca shot in France have been brought to his notice, mainly under 60 years of age.

Bill to regulate internet a ‘full blown assault’ against free speech in Canada, ex-govt broadcasting chief warns

An amendment to the proposed regulations could mean the federal government would have the power to control what individuals post online.

May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – The former head of Canada’s broadcasting regulator blasted an amendment to a Canadian bill aimed at regulating online content, saying the removal of an original protection for user-generated content on sites such as Facebook and YouTube is not “going to end well.”

“Putting the CRTC in charge of the entire … internet, I mean, that’s like putting a logging company in charge of the Great Bear Rainforest,” said Peter Menzies, former head of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission’s (CRTC), in reference to Bill C-10 in a Global News report.

Last year, Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault introduced Bill C-10, which would regulate certain online media services through the creation of a new class of broadcaster called “online undertakings.” The new regulations would be done through amendments to Canada’s Broadcasting Act.

The original draft of Bill C-10 had an exemption clause or “Section 4.1” for “user content” posted on social media by individuals, meaning such posts would originally have not fallen under CRTC regulations.

However, a recent amendment to Bill C-10 done through a Heritage Committee meeting last Friday removed that provision, which in theory means the federal government would be able to regulate what people post online.

The legislation, if passed, would force companies such as YouTube, Twitter, or Instagram to remove content deemed harmful within 24 hours. In essence, it would let the CRTC regulate the internet along with social media in line with how they do for regular broadcasting services.

The CRTC is the federal body tasked with regulating TV and radio in Canada, but up until Bill C-10 has kept a hands-off approach to regulating the internet.

During the Heritage Committee meeting Friday regarding Bill C-10, Conservative Party MP Rachael Harder called upon her colleagues with motion to look at whether the removal of “Section 4.1” from the Bill C-10 “fundamentally changes the legislation and dissolves the ground on which the charter statement stood to justify charter compliance.”

However, Liberal MPs quickly voted down Harder’s motion and all debate on the bill was stopped.

The aim of Bill C-10, according to Guilbeault, is to ban “hate speech,” which includes “hurtful” language against politicians.

“Once a publication is flagged it will have to be taken down within 24 hours of having it being flagged,” Guilbeault said about the bill earlier in the year.

During a Commons heritage committee meeting in March, the head of Canada’s broadcast regulator said the agency will “regulate all programming,” including the internet, via the passage of a controversial bill now before parliament.

“The Commission has looked, three times in total dating back 20 years, at whether or not it would be desirable or necessary to regulate content delivered over the internet,” said Ian Scott, CEO of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) as reported by Blacklocks Reporter.

Fines for non-compliance to Bill C-10 are large. A corporation can face a fine of up to $10 million for a first offense.
On Friday, Guilbeault gave what some media have described as a “nightmare” interview with the CBC

Guilbeault was pressed by the CBC reporter in the Power & Politics interview and struggled to coherently answer why the initial draft of the bill excluded social media user generated content, only for it to now be included.

Guilbeault argued the social media exemption was removed it was what the “committee” wanted.

Law prof warned it’s ‘clear’ Trudeau’s looming internet censorship bill would indeed regulate ‘user generated content’

A professor from one of Canada’s most well-known universities warned last week in a blog post that,  according to documents he “obtained,” the Trudeau government’s Bill C-10 would indeed allow for regulation of “user generated content” on popular sites such as Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.

According to a blog post authored by Dr. Michael Geist, law professor at University of Ottawa and Canada Research Chair in Internet and E-commerce Law, “Based on new documents I recently obtained, it has become clear that Guilbeault and the government have misled the Canadian public with their response.”

“In fact, the government effectively acknowledges that it is regulating user generated content in a forthcoming, still-secret amendment to Bill C-10. Amendment G-13, submitted by Liberal MP Julie Dabrusin on April 7th and likely to come before the committee studying the bill over the next week,” Geist wrote.

Geist said the “G-13” amendment “seeks to amend Section 10(1) of the Broadcasting Act which specifies the CRTC’s regulatory powers.”

“It states: (4) Regulations made under paragraph (1)(c) do not apply with respect to programs that are uploaded to an online undertaking that provides a social media service by a user of the service – if that user is not the provider of the service or the provider’s affiliate, or the agent or mandatary of either of them – for transmission over the Internet and reception by other users of the service.”

According to Geist, the amendment is a clear “acknowledgement that user generated content are programs subject to CRTC’s regulation making power.”

“Liberal MPs may claim the bill doesn’t do this, but their colleagues are busy submitting amendments to address the reality,” Geist wrote.

Menzies - Bill C-10 – ‘constitutes a full-blown assault upon’ free expression

According to a recent National Post report, Menzies said Bill C-10 “doesn’t just infringe on free expression, it constitutes a full-blown assault upon it and, through it, the foundations of democracy.”

“It’s difficult to contemplate the levels of moral hubris, incompetence or both that would lead people to believe such an infringement of rights is justifiable,” Menzies said.

Erin O'Toole, MP and leader of the Conservative Party of Canada, slammed Bill C-10 as an attack on “freedom of speech on social media."

"Its original purpose was to level the playing field between streaming services like Netflix and Canadian broadcasters," O’Toole said in a video message posted to his Twitter page.

"But now, the bill actually gives unelected bureaucrats open-ended authority to censor the internet and regulate what Canadians say on social media."

CPC MP Pierre Poilievre, an outspoken critic of the Trudeau government, has launched a petition against Bill C-10 called “Stop the Censorship Bill & Protect Free Speech.” The petition calls on the Trudeau government to “immediately withdraw the censorship bill and respect free speech.”

Federal NDP party asks to put Bill C-10 on ‘hold’ pending charter review

In a statement today, the Federal NDP Party said that they will be voting in favor of a motion that puts “Bill C-10 on hold while the Department of Justice conducts a new Charter compliance analysis and calls on the Minister to appear in committee.”

“The modernization of this law is necessary for our cultural ecosystem. New Democrats strongly believe that we need to get this right.”

The government has the responsibility to come up with a solution,” a portion of the bill reads.

The NDP statement means Bill C-10 could face an uphill battle, as Trudeau Liberals need NDP support if the bill is to pass.

Cardinal calls on Toronto Catholic school board to dedicate June to Sacred Heart as it considers making it ‘pride’ month

TORONTO, May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) – Cardinal Thomas Collins is calling on the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) to dedicate the month of June to honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus as the board faces a potential vote this Thursday on whether to fly the rainbow Pride flag and declare June as Pride month.

Collins, who is the Archbishop of Toronto, warned trustees and directors of education within his Archdiocese in a March 23 letter that was submitted to the board’s agenda for its May 6 meeting that “social trends antagonistic to the Gospel” are gathering “strength.”

The TCDSB’s newly-established “2SLGBTQ+ Advisory Committee” has recommended in a report — included in the May 6 meeting agenda — that the board proclaim June as Pride month and that the Pride flag be raised “at the Catholic Education Centre and at all schools in the system.” Declaring June as Pride month “implores us to be compassionate, welcoming, and inclusive of marginalized people, including 2SLGBTQ+, as an example of our faith in action,” the pro-LGBT Committee states in its report.

The pride flag was created in 1978 by open homosexual and drag queen Gilbert Baker. The flag as a whole, composed of various colored stripes, has become an international symbol of the homosexual movement and its view of the human person and sexuality that is at odds with biology, the social sciences, the world’s major religions, and specifically with the Catholic faith.

The Catholic Church, basing itself on the Bible and tradition, teaches that homosexual behavior is “intrinsically disordered” and a grave sin. St. Paul in one of his letters warns the Corinthians that “homosexuals” along with others, such as “idolaters” and “adulterers,” will “not inherit the kingdom of God.” The rainbow was originally a religious symbol of God’s covenant with man that God used to convey to Noah (Genesis 9:13-17) that he would never again destroy the world by a flood. LGBT activists co-opted the rainbow to create a flag where the different colors are often interpreted as signifying sexual “diversity.” The term “pride” in salvation history denotes an explicit refusal to follow God and his rule. The Book of Proverbs warns that “Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall” (16:18).

While LGBT activists promote flying the rainbow flag at all schools as a sign of inclusion, diversity, and acceptance, the Cardinal pointed out in his letter that the Catholic Church already has its own symbol for “compassionate love,” namely the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

“The traditional image of the Sacred Heart is surmounted by a cross, the primary symbol of Christian faith: it draws us to contemplate the generous and sacrificial love of Jesus, as he lays down his life for us on the cross. We are called to show that same generous and sacrificial love, as we take up our cross and follow him each day. The Sacred Heart is crowned by the Crown of Thorns, which reminds us of the cost of discipleship. It is surrounded by flames: our love for others, in imitation of Christ, must not flicker but burn brightly with light and warmth in a world so often dark and cold,” he wrote.

Collins pointed out that no one is excluded from the love that emanates from the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

“Sometimes, Jesus points to the Sacred Heart, inviting us to come to him when we labour and are heavy laden; sometimes the arms of Jesus reach outward, welcoming everyone, as he calls us to do. The Sacred Heart is a sign of the love of Jesus, which we are invited to imitate. More than ever before, our world now needs the love symbolized by the Sacred Heart of Jesus,” he wrote.

The Cardinal called on those “responsible for the Catholic Schools in our archdiocese” to remember their “sacred duty of caring for the young people of our community.”

“Like us all, they deserve and they need life-giving spiritual nourishment, clear guidance in life, and the true compassionate love that Jesus teaches us in the Gospel, and models for us, and challenges us to imitate,” he wrote.

He ended his letter with the call for schools to devote June to the Sacred Heart.

“And so I ask all Catholic schools to focus throughout June, the Month of the Sacred Heart, on this profound symbol of what our life in Christ is all about – of what Catholic education is all about.”

LifeSiteNews reached out to Cardinal Collins asking what consequences the board would face if it voted to raise the Pride Flag at Catholic schools. No response was given before publication.

Teresa Pierre, president of Parents as First Educators, said that Catholic schools “need to be clear about the messages they send, so that they consistently teach students the truth about the faith.”

“Raising a Pride flag suggests approval of sexual relationships that the Church disapproves of, and which run contrary to the Catholic moral teaching of chastity,” she wrote in an email to parents about the upcoming board meeting.

“Toronto Catholic Trustees would be betraying the trust confided in them to hold the faith first and foremost among their concerns if they go the wrong way on this.  They should take their direction on how to vote from the Cardinal of Toronto, who recently supported a father who spoke out against the Toronto Catholic board raising the flag,” she said.

Pierre was referring to Collins coming to the defense last month of Jody Maillet, a father with children in a TCDSB school who was the subject of a police investigation over allegations that he committed a “hate” crime for asking his school board not to recognize Pride month or fly the rainbow flag at Catholic schools.

“In fact, Mr. Maillet correctly expressed Catholic moral teaching, quoting the Catechism of the Catholic Church,” stated the Archdiocese of Maillet’s presentation to the TCDSB at a March 4 meeting.

“He suggested the help the sacraments offer to all who are struggling. Mr. Maillet reminded the trustees of their responsibility not to cause spiritual harm to the young people entrusted to their care, and referred to words in the Bible where Jesus uses a powerful image concerning people who are in a position of responsibility for young people,” stated the Archdiocese.

Pierre further commented that Toronto Trustees must remember that “parents exercise their choice when they choose to send their children to Catholic schools; they expect the schools to adhere to Catholic moral teaching, and for trustees to guard it. If trustees choose to promote anti-Catholic moral teaching, they are also violating parental choice.”

Pierre is asking all those concerned to write to all TCDSB trustees and “urge them to vote the right way on May 6th, and to vote against flying the Pride Flag during the month of June.”

“Ask them to stand up for Catholic moral teaching, in solidarity with the Cardinal, and to respect parental choice when they vote.”

MONTREAL, Quebec, May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — An estimated 100,000 people gathered in Montreal on Saturday to protest draconian COVID lockdown rules, in what was the biggest Canadian anti-COVID march seen to date.

The protest took place in the city of Montreal, Quebec, the largest French-speaking city in Canada, and saw protestors gather near the Olympic Stadium before taking to the streets on a planned route.

According to a Rebel News report of the protest, the demonstration was “downright festive” in nature, with many people shouting cries of “Liberté.”

It was also a mostly peaceful affair, despite there being a few altercations “AFTER the anti-lockdown demonstration had concluded,” Rebel News emphasized.

The protest was planned and coordinated by a group called “Quebec Debout,” whose Facebook page posted video of Saturday’s event. The page stated that “100,000 people stood up to challenge health measures today in Montreal.”

Montreal Police were on site at the protest, handing out tickets for masking non-compliance to some protestors, according to a CTV report.

Former federal MP and leader of the People’s Party of Canada (PPC) Maxime Bernier, who has been a vocal opponent to COVID-19 lockdown measures in Canada, attended the protest, saying “enough is enough” when it comes to lockdowns.

“I think we have almost 100,000 people here fighting, that’s fighting to your free — for our freedom … We are sending a strong message to these establishment politicians: Enough is enough, we must stop these draconian lockdowns right now,” said Bernier in a video message posted to his Twitter page.

The CTV report of the protest chided the fact that a COVID-19 “vaccination site” near the stadium had to be closed down because of the protests, which affected some “50” appointments.

However, Bernier countered that “the lying mainstream” media was sensationalizing what really happened at the “vaccine” site.

“This is pure bullsh-t from the lying mainstream media. The demonstration was publicized weeks ago, nothing was disrupted, the regional health care center simply decided to reschedule some vaccination appointments. DON’T BELIEVE THE FAKE NEWS!” tweeted Bernier.

Many of the protesters held signs blasting the idea of so called “vaccine passports,” which have in recent weeks been the topic of discussion in Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government.

Last week, Trudeau said his government is “right now” working on “certificates of vaccination” for travel with its allies, saying they are to be “expected.”

The province of Quebec has some of the strictest COVID-19 lockdown rules in place in Canada. The entire province has been under a curfew for months, with the current one being in force from 9:30 pm. to 5:00 a.m. for most of the province.

Multiple protests have taken place in Montreal and other parts of Quebec ever since the start of the COVID-19 crisis last year.

In mid-April of this year, Rebel News reporters were arrested after confronting police for attempting to raid the team’s temporary office located on a boat in Montreal.

The Rebel News team was onsite in Montreal to cover ongoing COVID lockdown protests, as well as to report on how the local police force has been enforcing a curfew which has been in place for months.

Ezra Levant, the founder of Rebel News, was present at the confrontation on Saturday. He said that dozens of police showed up at the team’s Airbnb boat.

San Francisco archbishop: Excommunication a ‘last resort’ for pro-abortion Catholic politicians like Biden

‘To publicly affirm the Catholic faith while at the same time publicly rejecting one of its most fundamental teachings is simply dishonest.’

SAN FRANCISCO, May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — Politicians who profess to be Catholic while persistently and obdurately promoting abortion merit through their actions a public “correction” for their “public rejection of Catholic teaching” that is not limited to “exclusion from the reception of Holy Communion” but may also include “excommunication,” Archbishop of San Francisco Salvatore Joseph Cordileone stated in a May 1 pastoral letter.

Cordileone, in his letter titled “A Pastoral Letter on the Human Dignity of the Unborn, Holy Communion, and Catholics in Public Life,” makes the case that Catholic politicians who work to make abortion a “more readily available “choice” are all cooperating with a very serious evil.”

“In the case of public figures who profess to be Catholic and promote abortion, we are not dealing with a sin committed in human weakness or a moral lapse: this is a matter of persistent, obdurate, and public rejection of Catholic teaching,” he wrote while not specifically mentioning President Joe Biden or House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, both of whom champion abortion while identifying as Catholic.

Cordileone points out that sinful actions have consequences when it comes to receiving the Eucharist.

Catholics who “reject the teaching of the Church on the sanctity of human life and those who do not seek to live in accordance with that teaching should not receive the Eucharist,” he said. “It is fundamentally a question of integrity: to receive the Blessed Sacrament in the Catholic liturgy is to espouse publicly the faith and moral teachings of the Catholic Church, and to desire to live accordingly.”

The archbishop’s letter comes at a time when U.S. bishops grapple with how to deal with the problem of having a Catholic president who receives Communion while championing positions on life, marriage, and the family that are explicitly contrary to Catholic moral teaching. A number of high-profile Catholic shepherds, including Cardinal Raymond Burke, Archbishop Samuel Aquila, and Archbishop Joseph Naumann have come out publicly defending the position that pro-abortion Catholic politicians must be denied Communion to safeguard the sacrament, to avoid scandal, and to call the sinner to repentance. The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is expected to visit the matter at its upcoming June meeting, perhaps in the form of a document on “eucharistic coherence.”

Cordileone made the case in his own pastoral letter for why bishops must intervene when pro-abortion politicians approach to receive Communion.

“But there is another source of scandal that pertains specifically to Catholics in public life: if their participation in the evil of abortion is not addressed forthrightly by their pastors, this can lead Catholics (and others) to assume that the moral teaching of the Catholic Church on the inviolate sanctity of human life is not seriously held,” he wrote.

“Our responsibility to them is to call them to conversion and to warn them that if they do not amend their lives they must answer before the tribunal of God for the innocent blood that has been shed. Our responsibility to the rest of the Catholic community is to assure them that the Church of Jesus Christ does take most seriously her mission to care for ‘the least of these,’ as Our Lord has commanded us, and to correct Catholics who erroneously, and sometimes stubbornly, promote abortion,” he added a little later in his letter.

The archbishop said that the “correction” of a pro-abortion Catholic politician first begins with a “private conversation” between the erring Catholic and his or her parish priest or bishop. If this proves to be fruitless, the next step is a “public form of exclusion from the reception of Holy Communion.”

“When other avenues are exhausted, the only recourse a pastor has left is the public medicine of temporary exclusion from the Lord’s Table. This is a bitter medicine, but the gravity of the evil of abortion can sometimes warrant it,” Cordileone wrote.

He floated excommunication as a “last resort” to bring a public sinner to repentance for his sins and back into full communion with the Church

“Excommunication is a medicine of last resort to help erring Catholics return to the faith,” Cordileone wrote.

The Catholic Church teaches that excommunication, incurred by “certain particularly grave sins,” is the “most severe ecclesiastical penalty.” It “impedes the reception of the sacraments and the exercise of certain ecclesiastical acts, and for which absolution consequently cannot be granted, according to canon law, except by the Pope, the bishop of the place or priests authorized by them,” states the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Cardinal Burke last month also suggested excommunication for pro-abortion Catholics in public life who “obstinately and publicly” deny truths of the faith.

Near the end of his letter, Cordileone begged pro-abortion Catholic politicians to heed the “call to conversion.”

“If you find that you are unwilling or unable to abandon your advocacy for abortion, you should not come forward to receive Holy Communion. To publicly affirm the Catholic faith while at the same time publicly rejecting one of its most fundamental teachings is simply dishonest. Heeding this perennial call to conversion is the only way to live the Catholic faith with integrity,” he wrote.

In his conclusion, the Archbishop pleaded with those who hold political power and who claim to be Catholic to use their “prestigious position” to stop the murder of preborn babies.

The “killing must stop,” he wrote.

“Please, please, please: the killing must stop. God has entrusted you with a prestigious position in society. You have the power to affect societal practices and attitudes. Always remember that you will one day have to render an account to God for your stewardship of this trust. You are in a position to do something concrete and decisive to stop the killing. Please stop the killing,” he continued.

“And please stop pretending that advocating for or practicing a grave moral evil  —  one that snuffs out an innocent human life, one that denies a fundamental human right  —  is somehow compatible with the Catholic faith. It is not. Please return home to the fullness of your Catholic faith. We await you with open arms to welcome you back,” he added.

Ex-gay Milo Yiannopoulos tosses $150K ‘sodomy’ engagement ring into Pacific Ocean

HONOLULU, Hawaii, May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — Ex-gay Milo Yiannopoulos has tossed his four-carat, $150,000 homosexual engagement ring — which he has dubbed a “Sodomy Stone” — into the depths of the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Hawaii.

“My checking account has about $800 in it right now, and the last ten years have exhausted my savings. But this is something I had to do,” wrote Yiannopoulos on his YouTube posting.

“You can’t build something beautiful and true on a bedrock of filth and lies,” he added. “The ‘Sodomy Stone.’ That’s the name I’ve given to the gigantic engagement ring I bought myself as part of a union I now regard as somewhat infernal,” Yiannopoulos explained at the start of his video, which identified him as a “former sodomite.”

“I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what’s real and not real in my life,” said Yiannopoulos, “and about the trappings of my former life that would be a good idea to get rid of.”

“And the more I looked at this gigantic, four-carat money pit, the more I thought, ‘this is a perfect example of some of the lies I bought into in my previous life,” he continued. “For example, I bought into the lie that I could be a rabid culture warrior for the right, and a sodomite, at the same time. I can’t.”

While Yiannopoulis had originally hoped to cast his “Sodomy Stone” into the active volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii, that plan turned out to be unfeasable. And so he settled for tossing his valuable ring off the side of a chartered boat, a couple miles off the coast of Honolulu.

“I’ve prayed, drunk an enormous amount of vodka, and reminded myself that nothing beautiful and true can be made or grow on a foundation of wickedness,” he said, holding the ring in his hands, while the theme from Titanic plays in the background.

Heading back to port, with Waikiki in the background, after using a cuss word, Yiannopoulos assured himself, “It’s for the best. It’s for the best.”

Watch the video here (warning: some bad language):

Yiannopoulos shook the world when he told LifeSiteNews in March that he is now “ex-gay” and consecrating his life to St. Joseph:

The guy I live with has been demoted to housemate, which hasn’t been easy for either of us. It helps that I can still just about afford to keep him in Givenchy and a new Porsche every year. Could be worse for him, I guess.

My own life has changed dramatically, though it crept up on me while I wasn’t paying attention. I’m someone who responds to micromanagement and accountability, so I’ve found counting days an effective bulwark against sin. In the last 250 days I’ve only slipped once, which is a lot better than I predicted I would do.

It feels as though a veil has been lifted in my house — like there’s something more real and honest going on than before. It’s been a gradual uncovering, rather than a dramatic reveal. Maybe that lack of theater or spectacle is a sign the gay impulses truly are receding?

The best metaphor I know is that of a flower blooming — of nature’s Epiphany — an image I know Caryll Houselander was fond of. I think it was Houselander who said, “Whatever is loving in man and whatever is lovable in man is Christ in man.” I take this to mean that the more love and the less lust in us, the more we cease to obscure Christ and instead reveal Him, in whose image we are made.

I don’t mean to suggest it’s been easy, just simple: Our Lord endured worse than any of us and promised us that we have to take up a heavy cross each day. Ronald Knox says the Via Crucis shows us the 3 ways we can carry our cross: With bitterness, like the unrepentant thief; with grim resignation, like the repentant thief who said it was what he deserved; or with love, like the Lord, who never minimized suffering but said it would, in God’s time, redeem us.

Secretly, I feel I’ve done enough good in this life to excuse me from earthly penance for past sins. Your readers will no doubt respond, rightly, that this statement demonstrates how far I have to go. The best advice I can give others in my situation is: Check your pride, not your privilege. So often it’s vanity or conceit or self-satisfaction that gets in the way of accepting Christ. Learn to catch it before it takes root, and difficult things suddenly don’t seem so difficult.

He explained his devotion to St. Joseph:

Secular attempts at recovery from sin are either temporary or completely ineffective. Salvation can only be achieved through devotion to Christ and the works of the Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. St. Joseph is the spiritual father figure of the Holy Family. In this time of gender madness, devoting myself to the male protector of the infant Jesus is an act of faith in God’s Holy Patriarch, and a rejection of the Terror of transsexuals. Trannies are demonic: They are the Galli, the castrated priests of Cybele, the Magna mater, whom Augustine saw dancing in the streets of Carthage dressed like women.

OTTAWA, Ontario, May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — An emergency room physician at The Ottawa Hospital said she is seeing an alarming increase in patients, especially among the elderly, who are struggling to find the will to continue to live, as they are isolated from their loved ones due to COVID rules.

In retirement homes, visiting is rarely allowed, meaning that elderly people are alone living without contact with their families and loved ones. Instead, they are being cared for by masked healthcare workers.

Dr. Justine Amaro said that some of her patients have asked to be given assisted suicide. This was not a result of any physical illness; the patients were “just were tired of being so alone.”

She described meeting an elderly patient who asked her for assisted suicide. “I’ve literally sat with an elderly person who has begged me to please provide them with medical assistance in dying,” she said, “because they would rather die than continue living in an isolated way.”

“It breaks my heart to watch people literally feeling they would rather end their life than they would continue to live on in a way where they are alone,” she continued.

During the first months of the pandemic, hospitals experienced an increase in patients suffering from the coronavirus. However, recently, hospitals have seen fewer patients suffering from COVID-19, but an increase in patients suffering from mental health problems.

“Our department is filled with patients right now with mental health problems,” Amaro told CBC News. According to Amaro, these patients did not have a prior history of such issues, but were coming in with new mental health crises. Some even desire suicide, not wanting to live anymore because of the ongoing lockdowns. This was particularly the case with the elderly.

Starting in early April, Ontarians have been experiencing the strictest lockdown measures yet, and a stay-at-home order with threats of police checks for being outside without sufficient reason. This means continued isolation for Ontarians and the elderly population in particular. Since the coronavirus is known to disproportionally affect the elderly, politicians have instituted rules isolating them in the hope of “saving lives” — a measure that appears to backfire.

Amaro further pointed out that she has never seen so many patients suffering from mental health crises in her 17 years of working in emergency medicine. “The social isolation,” she said, “has taken a huge toll on all of us.”

Additionally, many patients are being denied essential health care services. According to Amaro, one patient went into septic shock due to a gall bladder infection. “He was dying of a life-threatening problem that, had he presented himself earlier, it could have been dealt with,” she said.

Many are calling for the removal of the current restrictions. On April 29, Roman Baber, MPP for York Centre, tweeted the video of Amaro explaining the mental health crisis, and called out Ontario Premier Doug Ford, as well as Christine Elliott, the Ontario Minister of Health, for the current mental health situation.

German domestic intelligence agency surveilling COVID-related protests

The domestic intelligence agency is now in a position to officially monitor certain groups and people by 'storing personal data, recruiting undercover agents, and, in justified cases, monitoring communications.'

BERLIN, May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — The German domestic intelligence agency created a new section last week specifically for surveillance of a small number of people and groups protesting coronavirus restrictions. Other sections include right-wing and left-wing extremism, as well as Islamic terrorism.

The Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz), as the agency is officially known, announced that the new section is titled “delegitimization of the state relevant to the protection of the constitution” (Verfassungsschutzrelevante Delegitimierung des Staates) and will specifically focus on “delegitimization of the state that is hostile to democracy and/or poses a threat to security.”

“Legitimate protests and demonstrations against COVID policies are repeatedly — and increasingly in more recent times — instrumentalized, and escalations are provoked,” the agency warned. “But also the organizers of demonstrations … show clearly that their agenda goes beyond the mere mobilization of protests against the state’s COVID protection measures.”

According to the agency’s announcment, organizers seek to network with “right-wing extremists,” while “ignoring … official orders is propagated, and ultimately the state’s monopoly on the use of force is negated. Such an approach is both altogether conducive and aims to permanently shake confidence in state institutions and its representatives.”

“Our basic democratic order as well as state institutions such as parliaments and governing bodies have been exposed to multiple attacks since the beginning of the measures to contain the COVID-19 pandemic,” the agency argued, not acknowledging that basic human rights have been suspended for over a year, including the right to work and earn a living, and the right to breathe air without a device that limits the intake of oxygen. The New York Times called the anti-lockdown Germans being surveilled “coronavirus deniers.”

“Democratic decision-making processes and the corresponding institutions of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches are delegitimized and disparaged in ways that threaten security,” according to the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution. Meanwhile, numerous restrictions imposed on the public, including strict mask mandates, have been implemented by mere executive orders, as opposed to the people’s representatives voting for actual laws.

“Conspiracy myths such as QAnon or other antisemitic resentments are invoked … Conspiracy theories are an almost universal phenomenon and have a considerable catalytic effect,” the agency warned, without explaining what constitutes a conspiracy theory in the context of protests against lockdowns and other restrictions.

According to, the domestic intelligence agency is now in a position to officially monitor certain groups and people by “storing personal data, recruiting undercover agents, and, in justified cases, monitoring communications.”

While some protests have indeed turned violent in the past, with a small number of people attacking journalists or police, the vast majority of those protesting the restrictions has been peaceful.

Intelligence agencies on the level of individual states in Germany have set their sights on certain segments of the COVID-related protests for months. Baden-Württemberg in the south-west of the country was the first state do so so in December.

Masks have been mandatory in Germany in many places, including grocery stores and public transportation, for many months. In December, the federal government limited private meetings to five people, at most.

“Every person must wear a face covering in enclosed spaces that are accessible to the public, or in the context of visiting or customer traffic,” the government emphasized. “In addition, the obligation to wear a mouth-nose covering applies in all places with public pedestrian traffic in city centers.”

Nevertheless, the rate of positive tests per week and per population of 100,000 went from roughly 140 in early December to about 190 around Christmas. The so-called incidence rate was subsequently reduced to the high 50s, only to rise again to over 140 in May. Mask mandates and other restrictions remained in place throughout this time, suggesting there is no correlation between mask wearing and the spread of COVID-19.

Statistik: 7-Tage-Inzidenz der Coronainfektionen (COVID-19) in Deutschland seit Juni 2020 (je 100.000 Einwohner; Stand: 3. Mai 2021) | Statista

Germany has seen several large protests against COVID-related restrictions. On August 1, about 30,000 citizens flocked to Berlin. On August 29, also in Berlin, police estimated 38,000 people had come to the nation’s capital. A protest in Leipzig last November saw 45,000 people. This year, on March 20, a protest in Kassel was approved for 6,000 citizens. In the end, police estimated up to 20,000 people were present.

WATCH: University experiments on aborted baby parts, funding linked to Fauci

WARNING: The following article and video contain graphic images of aborted babies.

May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — A shocking new video report reveals that the University of Pittsburgh is a major hub for the trafficking of and experimentation on aborted baby organs and body parts. The report links the funding for the university’s operation to a large grant from U.S. COVID-19 guru Dr. Anthony Fauci’s NAIAD office at the National Insititutes of Health (NIH).

Produced by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), the 6-minute video was released in in conjunction with pro-life hero and CMP founder David Daleiden’s testimony before Pennsylvania’s State House of Representatives exposing government-sponsored grotesque experimentation using aborted baby parts at the University of Pittsburgh (U of Pitt), scheduled for later today.

In December, LifeSite reported that the University of Pittsburgh has been conducting medical research by grafting scalps from aborted babies onto rodents.

After publishing a report in the National Catholic Register about the many ways that aborted children are being used for scientific research at major universities and hospitals in the United States, author Stacy A. Trasancos tweeted a summary of her horrifying findings.

She linked the Mengelian research to Fauci:

Aborted baby scalps grafted onto mice. Their organs transplanted. Humanized mice developed at the University of Pittsburgh, all to study the immune system. Supported by Dr. Fauci’s NIAID. Paid for by us.

Trasancos is Executive Director of Bishop Joseph Strickland’s St. Philip Institute of Catechesis and Evangelization in the Diocese of Tyler, Texas.

Bishop Strickland retweeted her report, declaring:

These are crimes against humanity that should be prosecuted. Silence in the face of these atrocities simply adds to the evil. Wake up America! Demand that this stops NOW!

It gets worse

But as the CMP video reports, “It gets worse.”

“The University of Pittsburgh is a hub for some of the most barbaric experiments carried out on late term aborted human infants — experiments funded by the United States government,” explains the narrator. “At the same time, the University sponsors the local Planned Parenthood abortion business in what looks like an illegal quid-pro-quo for fetal body parts.”

The video shows a photo from a protocol developed by another University of Pittsburgh scientist “for harvesting the freshest, most pristine livers from five month-old aborted babies in order to isolate massive numbers of stem cells for experimental transplantation into adults.”

“You can see the premature baby, aborted alive via ‘labor induction,’” continues the description. “Under surgical drapes, with the umbilical cord off to one side as the baby is cut open to harvest the liver.”

Liver being harvested from a premature baby, aborted alive via ‘labor induction,’ still attached to his / her umbilical cord. (Photo: CMP screenshot

The U of Pitt scientist who developed this experiment received nearly $3 million from NIH.

The video also notes that U of Pitt has benefitted from a multi-year, $1.4 million grant from NIH’s GUDMAP project, establishing the university as a major distribution hub for aborted fetal kidneys and other fetal body parts for NIH-funded projects across the country.

The University of Pittsburgh’s long history of barbaric fetal experimentation

The CMP video recounts the University of Pittsburgh’s long history of fetal experimentation, “sometimes on babies delivered alive during later abortions.”

The video includes archival footage from unethical experiments filmed in the 1950s by the U of Pitt’s Dr. Davenport Hooker, who tested the reflexes of born-alive babies until they died.

Aborted baby born alive is poked and prodded to test reflexes. (Photo: CMP screenshot)

“Two years ago, sources told CMP that Pittsburgh was one of the major hubs of the FBI’s investigation of Planned Parenthood’s involvement in the human trafficking of aborted fetuses. This isn’t surprising, becaue CMP undercover investigators were told previously by Planned Parenthood Western Pennsylvania (PPWP) abortion doctors who were on staff at Pitt that they supplied the University’s tissue bank,” explains the video.

The video goes on to note how many of the most notorious abortion doctors and Planned Parenthood leaders were either trained at the University of Pittsburgh or are currently connected to the school.

“It all starts to look suspiciuosly like an illegal quid-pro-quo over aborted fetal organs and body parts, all funded by tax payers,” notes the video, which concludes urging viewers to call Pennsylvania State Representatives to demand answers and accountability form Planned Parenthood and the University of Pittsburgh.

America’s Frontline Doctors: COVID-vaccinated can ‘shed’ spike protein, harming unvaccinated

As these experimental vaccines create ‘spike proteins,’ vaccinated individuals ‘can shed some of these particles to close contacts’ causing disease in them, including in children.

By Patrick Delaney

LOS ANGELES, California, May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — In their latest issue brief, America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) warned how spike proteins resulting from experimental COVID-19 gene therapy vaccines have the capacity to 1.) pass through the “blood-brain barrier” causing neurological damage, 2.) be “shed” by the vaccinated, bringing about sickness in unvaccinated children and adults, and 3.) cause irregular vaginal bleeding in women.

Released last week and titled “Identifying Post-vaccination Complications & Their Causes: an Analysis of Covid-19 Patient Data,” the stated purpose of the document is “to provide additional information for concerned citizens, health experts, and policymakers about adverse events and other post-vaccination issues resulting from the three experimental COVID-19 vaccines currently administered under EUA (emergency use authorization)” by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The non-profit organization highlighted the thousands of adverse events which are related to these “vaccines” and captured by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). “Yet these complications have received a fraction of the attention paid to J&J’s blood-clotting controversy,” they lamented with dismay, asking, “Why?”

In taking a closer look at this data, AFLDS presents “some major categories of concern as-yet publicly unaddressed by either the FDA or CDC,” asserting that failure of these regulators “to consider these and other ‘known unknowns’ is a dereliction of basic medical research.”

They breakout their general categories of concern as shown below:

First, there are significant fears regarding the wide distribution of these new vaccines, which employ a new technology and remain only experimental without full approval from the FDA. Instead of employing an attenuated antigen response – as happens with conventional vaccines – these experimental agents introduce something called a “spike protein” into one’s system.

“It takes years to be sure something new is safe,” the AFLDS document confirms. “No one knows definitively the long-term health implications for the body and brain, especially among the young, related to this spike protein. In addition, if documented problems with the protein do arise, there will never be any way to reverse the adverse effects in those already vaccinated.”

Second, unlike conventional vaccines, these spike proteins, along with “lipid nanoparticles” have the capacity to pass through the “blood-brain barrier” which provides special protection for these sensitive areas of the body.

“There simply has not been enough time to know what brain problems and how often a brain problem will develop from that,” the document warns.

Risks from such penetration include “chronic inflammation and thrombosis (clotting) in the neurological system, contributing to tremors, chronic lethargy, stroke, Bell’s Palsy and ALS-type symptoms. The lipid nanoparticles can potentially fuse with brain cells, resulting in delayed neuro-degenerative disease. And the mRNA-induced spike protein can bind to brain tissue 10 to 20 times stronger than the spike proteins that are (naturally) part of the original virus.”

Third, as these experimental vaccines produce many trillions of spike proteins in their recipients, these vaccinated individuals “can shed some of these (spike protein) particles to close contacts,” causing disease in them.

In an email correspondence with LifeSiteNews, Dr. Simone Gold, the founder of AFLDS, directed this writer to an April 29 tweet where she posted a document from Pfizer’s experimental trials in which the pharmaceutical giant “acknowledges this mechanism” of potential shedding, she wrote.

As the document states, one can be “exposed to [the] study intervention due to environmental exposure,” including “by inhalation or skin contact” with someone involved in the study, or with another who has been exposed in the same way.

And this, according to AFLDS, can be dangerous. As the issues brief continues, “the spike proteins are pathogenic (‘disease causing’) just like the full virus.” Furthermore, these “spike proteins bind more tightly than the fully intact virus” and thus cases around the world of “pericarditis, shingles, pneumonia, blood clots in the extremities and brain, Bell’s Palsy, vaginal bleeding and miscarriages have been reported in persons who are near persons who have been vaccinated.” Such shedding also “appears to be causing wide variety of autoimmune disease (where the body attacks its own tissue) in some persons.”

In addition, other more serious dangers to even the unvaccinated are possible due to the fact that these “spike proteins can cross the blood brain barrier, unlike traditional vaccines.”

Fourth, such shedding leaves children vulnerable if they are in proximity to parents and teachers who have received these experimental vaccines. While the threat of COVID-19 to the young is rightly described as “irrelevant,” including a 99.997% survival rate for those under 20 years of age, AFLDS is concerned some children may become symptomatic due to such proximity to the vaccinated. At such point there is a danger that “public health bureaucrats” might use such cases to “speculate that a child's illness is related to a SARS-CoV-2 ‘variant,’” when it is a result of contact with vaccinated adults.

“Our other concern is that children could develop long-term chronic autoimmune disease including neurological problems due to the fact that children have decades ahead of them and trillions of the spike proteins mentioned above.”

Fifth, “AFLDS is aware of thousands of reports involving vaginal bleeding, post-menopausal vaginal bleeding, and miscarriages following COVID-19 vaccination as well as anecdotal reports of similar adverse events among those in close contact with the vaccinated.” While at this point the independent physicians organization “cannot comment definitively on the close contacts” other than to mention they “have heard reports of this worldwide,” the many reported incidents of post-vaccination vaginal bleeding establishes a clear “connection between the vaccine and irregular bleeding.”

“Despite this clear-cut evidence, menstrual-cycle changes were not listed among the FDA’s common side effects in its phase-three clinical participants. Women’s reproductive health needs to be taken seriously rather than waved away by agenda-driven public health officials,” the brief reads.

Finally, acknowledging the “irrepressible economic incentive among pharmaceutical companies” to market unnecessary and dangerous childhood COVID vaccines, boosters, and the like, AFLDS insists “Public health experts should stop and assess data on possible vaccine side effects and related post-vaccination questions before it is too late.”

May 3, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — The French public regional TV network “France 3” has canceled a 52-minute show on the occasion of the famed “Fêtes johanniques” of Orléans that was scheduled for May 8, the day of the 592nd anniversary of the Deliverance of Orleans by Saint Joan of Arc in 1429. The public television station has confirmed that the reason for this act is based on the fact that the journalist doing voice-overs for the show, Charlotte d’Ornellas, is a conservative.

When the local director of France 3 saw her name among the credits of the production, he decided to stop the project because she writes for a conservative weekly magazine, Valeurs actuelles.

Charlotte d’Ornellas also frequently joins talk shows on C-News, the only mainstream commercial TV news station that regularly provides a forum for “dissident” conservative voices regarding politics, religion, or the COVID-19 crisis.

In the left-wing weekly Marianne, journalist David Desgouilles commented that this was the first anyone had heard of a “voice-over contaminating a television audience.” He added, “Joan of Arc heard voices. The Regional Director does not want to hear the voice of Charlotte d’Ornellas.”

The idea of the show was to offer the inhabitants of the Centre-Val de Loire region, and in particular those of Orleans, a chance to remain connected with the centuries-old tradition of commemorating the most spectacular victory of Jeanne d’Arc over the English 592 years ago, when she lifted the Siege of Orleans and was welcomed into the town by the grateful inhabitants both as a messenger of God and a military hero. It was in fact Joan of Arc herself who initiated the tradition of a procession of thanksgiving.

Normally these festivities last for 10 days, starting on April 29, and involve religious ceremonies, commemorative events, and colorful processions recalling the life and heroic deeds of Joan. Since 1945, each year, a young girl is chosen by a special committee to play the role of Saint Joan: she must have lived in Orleans for at least ten years, and be studying in a high school in that town. She must also be Catholic and have received “the sacraments of Christian initiation” (and in fact be a practicing Catholic), and be an active member of an association that serves others.

When a young girls’ candidacy is accepted, a lengthy preparation for the role begins, including horsemanship and wearing armor. For a year, the chosen one may keep the symbolic Sword of Saint Joan in her home. The role also has a spiritual dimension.

The event has only been canceled about 30 times since 1429. These interruptions included the Wars of Religion, the years following the beginning of the French Revolution in 1789 (when the festivities were prohibited), the murder of French President Paul Doumer in 1932 and COVID-19 last year. The “Fêtes johanniques” even took place during the two World Wars, albeit in a more discreet manner. For the first time in the history of Orleans, last year, festivities were officially “postponed” because France was not yet out of its first lockdown.

Because of ongoing COVID restrictions, large public events, particularly the traditional May 8 parade, have been modified and adapted this year: The chosen “Joan” will be transported by car from one location to the other and only a very limited number of people will be allowed to attend. This was the reason why the local authorities, including the mayor of Orleans, Serge Grouard, decided to commission the special TV show that would allow the local inhabitants to follow the events on screen.

Charlotte d’Ornellas was a natural choice to do the voice-over of some of the shots: She herself was the chosen Joan of Arc in 2002, an experience which she has said left a profound mark on her.

The documentary that was to have been broadcast on May 8 on public television was entirely paid for by the city of Orleans with a budget of €25,000 ($30,000) and produced by a private company. The program was to have been delivered to France 3 Centre-Val de Loire ready for broadcasting.

Last Tuesday, the local director of France 3, Jean-Jacques Basier, sent an email to the Town Hall of Orleans announcing that the broadcast would not take place. The news was probably leaked out to the satirical weekly Le Canard enchaîné that made the move known the next day, sparking outrage in right-wing and conservative circles.

Basier fought back, stating, “I would have liked the city to use the conditional tense when presenting the program. We had made a letter of intent, it is true, but it was not a contract. It was clear from the start that if this show did not suit us, we would not broadcast it. When I learned, on Monday, that the voice-over for this program would be done by a journalist from Valeurs actuelles, I was swept off my feet. As we’re talking about a program broadcast on a public channel, all this is very complicated.”

Journalists hailing from every quarter of the political spectrum — provided they are liberal — obviously have no such problems when commenting on events or joining TV productions.

Basier also complained about the public TV time being offered to the mayor of Orleans, Serge Grouard, in a show paid for by the town, arguing that upcoming regional elections should have prevented France 3 from offering this platform to a political figure. The official campaign will only commence on May 10.

For many years, the “Fêtes johanniques” have been a bone of contention in secularist quarters because the obviously religious character: The feast attracts public political figures (Emmanuel Macron joined as minister for the economy in 2016, one year before his election as president of the republic) and local and regional dignitaries who are supposed to respect the principle of “laïcité”: secularism.

But all in all, the traditional character of the event and its meaning for Orleans leaves that debate in the background.

This time around, the problem clearly lies in the fact that an attractive young woman with a great sense of repartee was to have once again, in a way, carried the colors of Joan. Charlotte d’Ornellas is “too right-wing,” “too Catholic,” too politically incorrect.

The fact that public television, which is financed by the French taxpayer, should reject someone because of his or her political or religious convictions, and that it should cater to all French citizens, a sizeable portion of whom appreciate d’Ornellas or share at least some of her ideas, does not appear to have struck the censors as proof of their own sectarianism.
