A network of twenty NGOs in the state of Chihuahua have issued a condemnation of a proposed verdict, currently being debated in the Supreme Court, that would overturn right-to-life constitutional amendments in 18 states.
"The protection of life in general is a valid constitutional end," but it is "invalid to treat the unborn as a juridical person," reads a draft ruling.
