Gibbons was arrested, and has been held in prison since, last December 16, when she appeared on the sidewalk outside the Morgentaler "Clinic" abortion site on Hillsdale Avenue in Toronto
Pro-life heroine Mary Wagner will have to wait until March 21 to find out whether she will be found guilty or not guilty on a charge of mischief and two counts of failing to comply with probation orders
The two pro-life activists were arrested while seeking to counsel women within 'bubble zones' outside abortion facilities that prohibit pro-life activity.
Wagner has been imprisoned since November 8, when she was charged with mischief and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order in connection with her arrest at the Bloor West Village "Women's Clinic" abortion site.
This release occurred after her lawyer David Santoro revealed in court today that Gibbons was read an out-of-date injunction at the time of her arrest.
