Amazing photo: child with Down syndrome declares ‘I am the 10%’ who survived Roe v. Wade

Joshua Mercer over at CatholicVote.org just posted this amazing photo of a Down syndrome child holding a sign declaring: “I am the 10%”. The slogan is in reference to the Occupy Wall St. movement, which has supporters declaring that they are the 99% of Americans who are not the super-wealthy. However, in this case, the child holding the sign is saying that he is part of the 10% of Down syndrome children who have managed to survive the abortionist’s scalpel, after Roe. v. Wade.
